This retreat encourages time to pause and reflect and provides space to recommit to your mental and physical well-being. Your day includes two delicious, light, nourishing Vegan meals, an energetic power activation through breathing workshop, and a manifestation through guided art. The beaches in North Carolina are known to be the beautiful and healing. We will spend time enjoying the beauty of the ocean and beach, journaling, resting, or walking in nature to add to our healing experience.
