Are you interested in creating your own vision board to represent everything you are calling in for 2024?
In this 2 hour workshop, we will tap into our creativity with Vision Boarding to manifest your dreams visually while also experiencing the transformative power of Sound Healing Meditation - to align the mind & body to amplify the energy we seek to create for ourselves.
Doc T Elliott will guide us in setting the tone and frequencies to promote relaxation. Monjia will be teaching the key elements of manifestation, in order to cultivate an incredible new year!
Sunday, January 14th:
- 2:30 pm - Arrive and settle in for Sound Bath Meditation + Vision Boarding & Manifestation Workshop
Spaces are limited. Guests are encouraged to bring any magazines, photos, pieces of nature, personal items etc to add to their boards. All other supplies for Vision Boarding will be provided.
